Construction of USHovercraft's new building on the Port of Anchorage, Alaska has begun. We expect to be operational for hovercraft sight seeing charters, fishing and hunting charters by April, 1, 2007

Hovercraft 101 Classes in Fairbanks and Anchorage

Hovercraft 101 classes for the Sping of 2007 have been scheduled. There will be one class in Fairbanks April 24, the Tuesday after the Outdoor Show at the Carlson Center. There will be two classes in Anchorage, one on April 3 the Tuesday after the Sportsman's Show and then again on May 5. You can sign up and purchase on the Training Page.

The new Expeditor Hovercraft has come out of the shop and has moved to the Hoverport. It now awaits a windshield, controls and drive system. The skirt, floatation, alluminum decks and hatch covers have been added.

After a day of touring the Cook Inlet, the Expedition Six maneuvers itself into the Anchorage small boat launch. Unlike other vessels, this craft is capable of travelling all the way up the mudflats, and loading in a variety of locations.
